Optisource Web Sourcing Workflow solution
Challenge:
Client utilized over twenty different vendors to support staff augmentation
processes. As a result, the Client was unable to fully leverage their spending
and negotiate consistent terms across vendors. A.C.Coy was selected to
implement our Optisource Web Sourcing Workflow solution. Optisource allowed the
Client to directly interact with the A.C.Coy recruiting team and quickly
identify three exceptional staff augmentation candidates within a 48 hour time
frame. Furthermore, the negotiated A.C.Coy augmentation costs represented a
significant financial savings compared to previous outlays. Result: Client
retained over 25 new A.C.Coy consultants over a three month period assisting
them in reaching several key Information Technology objectives.

Insourced Customer Application Team Creation
Challenge:
Client insourced a customer support application and needed to quickly source 10
to 20 professionals to support this new application. A.C.Coy worked closely
with the Client to determine appropriate skill and psychological testing which
would ensure success within the newly formed support group. A.C.Coy created an
initial list of 120 potential candidates then shortlisted into a group of forty
to further evaluated. Within two weeks, a group of 12 A.C.Coy support
professionals were engaged by the Client. Result: Client was able to inhouse a
customer support application without the addition of full time staff within 30
days.

Large scale contract to hire initiative
Challenge:
Client won a major customer initiative project which required approximately 25
new employees to support. A.C.Coy worked closely with the Client to determine a
very specific skills and cost matrix based on a contract to hire solution.
A.C.Coy sourced, screened and presented over 70 professionals for contract
positions within a six week timeframe. Positions included software engineers,
technical trainers, support engineers, graphic designers, business and database
analysts. To assist in the assurance of highly qualified individuals, A.C.Coy
utilized it's customized technology suite testing. Result: Client was able to
engage twenty five new consultants within two months of initial A.C.Coy
contact. Furthermore, 90% of the consultants were offered and accepted full
time employment at the end of the initial contract period. Client was able to
quickly respond to their customer's demands in a cost effective manner.

.net Ramp up
Challenge: Quickly infuse new technical talent
to an existing seasoned group of software engineers. The client had 12
developers working in both Pittsburgh and Los Angeles supporting a financial
services application which evolved from Foxbase into Delphi. A complete system
rewrite in .net was regarded as critical to the clients long term success.
A.C.Coy worked closely with the client and created a comprehensive .net
customized technology suite testing (CTST) which it then administered to over
75 potential candidates over a 30 day period. The CTST evaluations were done by
A.C.Coy on candidates sourced by the client and even vendor partners. These
consistent CTST evaluations allowed the client to streamline the qualified
professionals and make sound hiring decisions. Result: Five new software
engineers very skilled in .net joined the client in a full time capacity within
30 days.

Startup client
Challenge: Client needed to hire several key
software engineers to replace an existing contractor group which was home
based. Furthermore, client did not have office space in which to conduct
interviews and legal / human resource expertise inhouse. A.C.Coy identified
several strategic employees which were interviewed and screened by the Client
President at the A.C.Coy headquarters office in SouthPointe (15 Miles South of
Pittsburgh, PA). A.C.Coy provided legal and human resource consulting expertise
including sample offers letters, employment contracts and comprehensive salary
information. Result: Client moved into new office space with the addition of
three software engineer and maintained end user continuity.
