The A.C.Coy Company will supply an experienced information
technology professional to administrate or assist in Department/Project
Management assignments. Plus appropriate and accurate distribution of all
approved vendor responses (resumes) back to the appropriate Client Manager.
Skill Set Testing
All A.C.Coy presented candidates can be tested, to our clients to insure their
experience and level of expertise of selected technology required for each
assignment. In addition, A.C.Coy will accompany the candidate's test results
with the resume submitted.
The A.C.Coy primary focus is quality. Since technology moves and changes at
lightning speed today, it has become impossible to expect our Recruiting and
Account Management staffs to be totally knowledgeable in all facets. We
strongly adhere to the premise that our Consultants "can do what they say they
can do and at which level". We utilize only certified competency assessment
companies as our testing and certification agents, which can be utilized
worldwide via the Internet.
Chemical Abuse, Financial and Criminal Background checks
A.C.Coy Company will conduct the above tests and checks on A.C.Coy submitted
candidates, when accompanied by written request from our clients.
A.C.Coy Company believes in a drug free workplace and does not tolerate chemical
abuse usage with its field consultant or internal staff. We utilize nationally
recognized and respected diagnostic testing companies that maintain nationwide
test facilities for all chemical abuse testing. To assist in our determination
of a candidates motivation; we utilize nationally recognized and respected
background screening service companies for conducting confidential criminal and
financial background checks.
Day-at-Coy (DAC)
The free utilization of our professional candidate interview facilities for all
client IT hiring management.
The A.C. Coy Company realizes that the major component of any hiring process is
the in-person interview. In our facilities, we have taken great care in the
construction of a series of professional interview rooms, with adjoining lobby
and personal assistance. DAC provides each client hiring manager the advantage
of an uninterrupted and comfortable interviewing environment with a highly
monitored and efficient schedule of appropriate candidates.
Quality Circle Process (QCP)
The QCP methodology is a communications and Client Account Management tool
based on structure and business accountability. Its utilization is primarily
focused on the initial development and on-going participation of the basic
aspects of attaining quality and effective time management of Client Business
Relationships.
The purpose is to incorporate our client companies and A.C.Coy as team members,
thereby ensuring a solid Business Partnership. To enact and secure a higher
process of effectiveness through time efficient levels of candidate
qualification and closing efforts thus gaining higher levels of client
satisfaction. Finally, promote the A.C. Coy Account Management and Recruiting
Groups along with our clients' Information Technology Management as a highly
focused and informed cohesive team.
Professional Reference Checking
A.C. Coy Company requires a minimum of two (2) satisfactorily completed
professional reference checks on each candidate provided by our recruiting
groups.
All candidate professional reference checks will be available for the client's
review.
In-Person Candidate Interviewing
The A.C. Coy Company requires that all candidates are personally and
effectively interviewed by at least one (normally two or more) A.C. Coy
Recruitment Representatives prior to client resume submission.
The purpose is another integral part of The A.C.Coy Quality Process. Our
objective is to investigate and certify through targeted questioning the
candidate's assignments, responsibilities, accomplishments and software/
hardware utilization. In addition, observe and quantify the candidates
communication skills (both oral and written), professional appearance and
personal demeanor. From this in-person data gathering technique, the recruiter
then accurately relays the correct and to-the-point information within the
Professional Summary, Education and Affiliations, Areas of Expertise and
Experience areas of the A.C. Coy formatted resume.
