One of A.C.Coy Company's strategic Clients located in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area currently has a need for 2 Project Managerss.

Must be US Citizen or have Valid Green card.

POSITION 1 (requires 25-30% intermittent travel)

This PM position will involve multiple implementation projects that will REPEAT every 14-16 weeks.

There will be software delivery responsibility as well as change control and delivery.

As the product is Implemented, the customer will request changes and adaptations.

The PM will be fully responsible for the delivery of the implementations and changes along with the support staff involved in the process.

Manages the development and implementation process of company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Manages the design and development of computer application systems. Ensures adequate communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities. May facilitate status project team meetings. Implement and maintain effective communication to enhance working relationships. Make recommendations for process improvement. Review and monitor business requirements and system designs.

Any Prima Vera and MS Project experience to go along with the required multiple software implementation cycle expertise would be excellent.

Position 2

This is a contract position replacing an existing PM who is going on Maternity leave.

This is slated to last 6 months as there is a knowledge transition period and the definite possibility that she does not return.

This PM will deal with EXISTING customers in RELEASE mode.

Most of these existing clients are doing major upgrades to the software which will require excellent customer relation skills and travel to the client sites at 25-30%.
