Experience: 11 years within the staffing industry, including five years in recruiting and sales and five years in HR consulting, Dawnn brings a strong foundation in talent acquisition, relationship building, and human resources. Her experience and her people-centered approach allow her to connect clients with talented professionals who align with both the requirements of the position and the culture of the organization.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Vocal Performance. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, equips her with a unique blend of business acumen, communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships.

Outside of work, Dawnn enjoys spending quality time with her sweetest, Richard, her children, and her grandchildren. She is active in her church, sings in the choir, enjoys karaoke, and volunteers her time teaching children piano and vocal lessons. Music has always been an important part of her life, and she previously performed with several local bands throughout Pittsburgh and Ohio.

Dawnn is proud to be the newest member of the A.C. Coy team and to represent an organization known for its strong work ethic, integrity, quality, and commitment to excellence. She looks forward to contributing to that reputation by exceeding her sales and recruiting goals while helping clients succeed through strategic talent placement.
