Initially an asset backed securities Financial Analyst in New York, John has worn many hats in the IT and finance recruiting and consulting industry. Some of these included business owner, sales manager, account manager, recruiter, operations manager and financial administrator. In this space, he has more than 34 years of experience and still is learning on the job.

Experience: John was working on Wall Street for Bear Stearns, at the time, one of the biggest investment banks in the world. The Persian Gulf War triggered layoffs, John moved back to his hometown and joined his father’s company.
Outside of Work: John enjoys travel, sports, and working on his hold ‘em game.

Joe was John's first hire at The A.C.Coy Company. Over 20 years of administrative experience in various fields such as finance, engineering, and the beauty industry. She has mastered numerous software packages and is always looking to increase her breadth of knowledge.
She enjoys her life away from work with her husband and best friend of 18 years, Brian, rooting on the Pittsburgh Pirates, swimming, bowling, and exploring new restaurants. Her extended family means the world to her, as well as her three cats, Holly Golightly, LuLuBelle, and Leonardo DiCatrio.

Experience: Before Coming to AC Coy I worked in Inside Sales for 3 years.
Outside of work: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Like to golf, hike, and spend time outdoors. Love to watch Sports, and I'm a big fan of the Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins.
Experience: I come from a Customer Service background and I fell into recruiting through luck and have enjoyed it ever since. I've spent the past 5 years as a recruiter including 2 years with our brother/sister company Tier 1 Technologies. I enjoy having long lasting relationships with my candidates and being able to watch their careers grow. As a recruiter, the greatest feeling you can get is when you receive a referral from someone you have helped in the past.

Outside of Work: In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Some of my favorite activities are traveling, concerts, playing poker, and sports betting. I enjoy working at A.C. Experience: I started my career in project management and quickly moved to outside sales. I spent 13 years working in Higher Education specifically with graduate students. I transitioned to staffing and spent the past few years working with clients to secure talent.

Outside of Work: I’m not one for sitting still. I spend most of my time volunteering for my daughter, Lyra’s scouts or at her school. We can often be found either camping, hiking, or skiing come winter. My husband will tell you I’m never home…but I live for adventures! Realistically, my time is spent working, then taking care of Lyra. Between her MMA and scouts, we're busy most evenings and weekends. When we aren't, we're typically found doing either seasonal things or some type of outdoor sport (skiing, hiking, swimming, etc)

Outside of Work: I’ve been performing on the stage since I was 14 and continue to act and sing in community and professional productions. That’s how I met my wife, Kristina, whom I love to spend time with along with our cat Ophelia. I also enjoy cooking, trying to create new flavor fusions, sauces and rubs. Outside of that I also enjoy doing impressions, axe throwing, curling and gaming with friends.
