Challenge: Client insourced a customer support application and needed to quickly source 10 to 20 professionals to support this new application. A.C.Coy worked closely with the client to determine appropriate skill and psychological testing, which would ensure success within the newly formed support group. A.C.Coy created an initial list of 120 potential candidates then shortlisted into a group of forty to be further evaluated. Within two weeks, a group of 12 A.C.Coy support professionals were engaged by the client.
Result: Client was able to inhouse a customer support application without the addition of full-time staff within 30 days.
