Frank Yocca

Frank Yocca, Founder & Principal

Frank retired as an engineering manager from U.S.Steel Corporation once it divested the American Bridge Division in 1986. Wanting to stay in the Pittsburgh area, he founded the A.C.Coy Company.

Outside of Work: Frank enjoys spending time with family, traveling, gardening, cooking and wine.

John Yocca

John Yocca, Owner & Principal

Initially an asset backed securities financial analyst in New York, John has worn many hats in the IT and finance recruiting and consulting industry.  Some of these included business owner, sales manager, account manager, recruiter, operations manager and financial administrator. In this space, he has more than 28 years of experience and still is learning on the job.

Education: B.S. in Mathematics/Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University

Experience: John was working on Wall Street for Bear Stearns, at the time, one of the biggest investment banks in the world. The Persian Gulf War triggered layoffs, John moved back to his hometown and joined his father’s company.

Outside of Work: John enjoys travel, sports, and working on his hold ‘em game.

Joe Adams

Joe Adams, Senior Account Manager

Joe was John's first hire at The A.C.Coy Company. He brings nearly 40 years in the computer and information technology field to work every day, and is integral in establishing relationships with clients and prospects, developing internal champions with other companies and working diligently on the company's strategic positioning.

Education: State University of New York, both Brockport and Potsdam

Experience: Joe has worked with thousands of professionals since joining the consulting industry in the 1980s.  He enjoys very long term relationships with key decision makers.  

Outside of Work: Joe is a Rochester, NY native and avid Buffalo Bills fan and ham radio enthusiast.

Joe Falascino, Controller

Education: B.A. in Accounting, Washington & Jefferson College

Experience: Financial Controller for DBE Aggregate Construction Company; Assistant Controller for privately-held $20M lumber company

Outside of Work:  Enjoys camping, outside activities, and volunteering for church.

Tanner McKibben

Tanner McKibben, Finance Account Manager

An experienced business development manager with a demonstrated history of working in the IT and services industry, Tanner comes to The A.C.Coy Company with a variety of experience and organizational pedigree in the accounting and finance fields, including a stint at a “Big Four” accounting organization, Deloitte. Tanner's process-driven method for finding quality clients and candidates by resourceful digital and face-to-face networking have been a breath of fresh air for the company.

Outside of Work: Tanner and his wife have a beautiful three-year-old daughter that keep them extremely busy. Tanner is also a sports junkie -- both as a participant and observer.
